Organisational Engagements

Where services are provided as part of an organisational programme:

  • Individual Leadership Drivers Analysis™ reports remain confidential to the participant unless the participant authorises their disclosure.
  • Leadership Development Plans are developed with the participant and are not shared with an organisational contact without the participant's informed authorisation.
  • Before any individual plan or extract is shared, the participant will have an opportunity to review the information intended for disclosure.
  • Relevant results may be aggregated and de-identified to create group-level or organisational insights.
  • Organisational reporting will be prepared to reduce the likelihood that an individual can be identified from aggregated information.
  • Where the size or composition of a group may make an individual reasonably identifiable, TanbrieGold will explain this risk and obtain appropriate authorisation before disclosure.
  • Organisational contacts may receive information about programme participation, scheduling and agreed organisational actions where this is necessary to administer the engagement and has been explained to participants.
  • Individual advisory notes, personal reflections and confidential conversation content will not be provided to the organisation without the participant's informed authorisation.
  • Information may also be used or disclosed where authorised or required by applicable law.

The scope of organisational reporting, information access and confidentiality will be confirmed at the beginning of each engagement.

7.

Information Provided by an Organisation

Where an organisation arranges a service for its leaders, it may provide TanbrieGold with limited information such as a participant's name, contact details, role, reporting relationship, programme participation and relevant organisational context.

TanbrieGold will only collect information that is reasonably necessary to arrange and provide the agreed service.

Participants will be informed that this information has been provided, why it was collected, how it will be used, who may receive it and how they can request access to or correction of the information.

An organisation providing personal information to TanbrieGold is responsible for ensuring it is authorised to provide that information.
