These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TanbrieGold Leadership Drivers Analysis and associated services ("Services") provided by TanbrieGold Leadership Institute Ltd ("TanbrieGold", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or completing the assessment, you agree to these Terms.

The Leadership Drivers Analysis is a structured leadership development tool designed to support reflection, insight, and professional growth.

Participants remain responsible for how they interpret and apply the insights provided.

The TanbrieGold Leadership Drivers Framework, including all associated:

• Models
• Value structures
• Scoring logic
• Interpretive text
• Report formats
• Learning materials
• Visual and written content

constitutes proprietary intellectual property of TanbrieGold Leadership Institute Ltd.

Except for personal use of your individual report, you may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Adapt
• Commercially exploit
• Reverse engineer
• Incorporate into other frameworks
• Train artificial intelligence systems on

any part of the framework or materials without prior written consent.

Corporate or organisational use requires formal agreement.

Individual reports are confidential to the participant.

Where assessments are conducted within organisational programmes:

• Aggregated, de-identified insights may be shared for development purposes.
• Individual-level data will not be disclosed without explicit consent.

Reports are generated directly from participant responses using defined scoring logic.

TanbrieGold is not responsible for:

• Random or inconsistent responses
• Misinterpretation of report content
• Decisions made solely on the basis of assessment output

The value of the report depends on thoughtful and accurate completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TanbrieGold Leadership Institute Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Business or employment decisions made based on assessment results
• Financial outcomes arising from use of the Services
• Emotional or personal responses to assessment insights

Use of the assessment is undertaken at your own discretion.

Personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your information as described therein.

Where fees apply:

• Payment terms are presented at the point of purchase.
• Access to reports or services may be suspended for non-payment.
• Refund terms, where applicable, will be specified at time of purchase.

TanbrieGold reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where:

• These Terms are breached
• Intellectual property is misused
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is identified

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate engagements.

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be published on our website with the effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
